On super pseudo-amenability of certain Banach algebras

Abstract

In this paper, we study super pseudo-amenability of the Banach algebra $A \times_{\theta} B$, where $A$ and $B$ are Banach algebras and $\theta$ is a character on $B$. We establish connections between super pseudo-amenability
of $A \times_{\theta} B$ and that of the Banach algebras $A$ and $B$. As an application, we analyze super pseudo-amenability of $\ell^{1}(S) \times_{\theta} B$, where $\ell^{1}(S)$ denotes the semigroup algebra and $B$ is an arbitrary Banach algebra. Finally, we discuss super pseudo-amenability of certain $\theta$-Lau product algebras.
